Wow, I love it! By the by, do you eat Chapman’s ice cream? I’m a big Rick Mercer fan (for years)–watched the program last night, where he visited Chapman’s ice cream plant.
He’s brilliant, hilarious–and I always wonder how he gets away with those rants against the politicians. And he’ll do literally anything–I’m always amazed and entertained.
Did you see this over at He followed me home? Traces of the Soul and Bastet. I think it’s in one of the ghost buster films. Evil is unleashed, and a woman’s fox stole with heads still attached, come back to life and start nipping at her! So, very cool idea to take it further as suggested by your conversation. It would make a great prompt! I ANSWERED: Oh yes you’re right Phylor! I remember that scene now that you mention it … a bit of poetic justice in that … why don’t we try to see if we can’t create something along these lines ladies? Are you game? Whatcha’ say … Phylor says yea …

I have not eaten Chapman since I left Ontario but used buy it. Rick Mercer is pretty awesome.

Well we have freedom of speech too, but somehow Rick exercises it better, me thinks.

Yeah, on French tv in Québec we are pretty honest too…it keeps the politicians…a little honest:)

Very nice! Made me think a bit of the Sternwood mansion in The Big Sleep — but TBS is a bit of a twisted version, while yours is sweet.

Glad you liked it…it is developped more in a haibun/story at the other blog. That haiku truly inspired me, Georgia.
